5 minutes @ 6.5mph/1.0 incline
3 minutes @ 7mph/1.0 incline
2 minutes @ 7.5mph/1.0 incline
1 minutes @ 8.0mph/1.0 incline
4 minutes warm down @ 3.5mph/2.45 incline 


when you're looking for some motivation (or just become a health-nut):

  • 5 minute warm-up @ 3.5 mph/2.5 incline
  • 5 minutes @ 6.5mph/1.0 incline
  • 3 minutes @ 7mph/1.0 incline
  • 2 minutes @ 7.5mph/1.0 incline
  • 1 minutes @ 8.0mph/1.0 incline
  • 4 minutes warm down @ 3.5mph/2.45 incline
