my new favorite movie. artsy and charismatically humorous, Stephen Chbosky does a wonderful job of creating a personal connection between the characters and the viewers. each character is unique; quirky and comforting there is a part of this story that every individual can relate to and find solace in. wistful acting accompanied by a rocking soundtrack makes perks of being a wallflower a thoughtful roller coaster ride of emotions and in my opinion one of the best films out in a long time. for even more perks, read the book. it is one of my favs also.
